Dr. Obaid specializes in minimal scar, minimal pain breast augmentation. Dr. Obaid will guide you through every step of the process. Every question you have will be answered. He will explain to you and allow you to feel the difference between silicone and saline implants. After discussing your goals and fears and examining you, Dr. Obaid will pick the implant that is the perfect size, shape and material for YOU! He will discuss the placement of the breast implant above or below the muscle with you. In his Southlake office, he will also customize a surgical approach to placing the breast implants that is the best to allow for optimal shape, size, and scar camouflage for YOU!
On the day of your breast augmentation, Dr. Obaid will visit with you again, and review everything that you should expect. All your questions and your loved ones questions will be answered prior to surgery. The breast implant surgery itself is a day surgery procedure and you will go home the same day. You may require a small amount of pain medicine overnight, but most patients report the discomfort to be minimal and are up and around by the next day. You will be able to shower the day following your breast augmentation.
You will follow up with Dr. Obaid in the Southlake office one week following the breast augmentation surgery to ensure that you are healing well. There will be no painful stitches to remove and no bandages to change. You will be comfortable and looking great!
